Magnetique is a home-based handmade fridge magnet business operating in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order through this website or via WhatsApp, you agree to the terms below.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Every magnet is handmade to order based on the photo, text, and details you provide. Because each item is personalised, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has begun, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
3. Order Accuracy & Photo Rights
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and text submitted, and for ensuring any photo you upload is your own or that you have permission to use it. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on someone else's rights.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown are in AED and inclusive of 5% VAT. No payment is collected through this website. Payment is confirmed directly with you via WhatsApp and made by Cash on Delivery or Bank/Card Transfer, as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Production & Delivery
Standard orders are handcrafted within approximately 2 business days; bulk orders of 100 or more pieces may take 3–5 days. Delivery is made across the UAE, with a flat delivery fee unless your order qualifies for free delivery as stated on the site. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
6. Order Confirmation
Adding items to your cart and tapping “Place your order” generates an order ID and receipt, but does not constitute final confirmation. Your order is confirmed once details and payment method are agreed with us directly via WhatsApp.
7. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before production begins by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Once your magnet is in production, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded, given its personalised nature.
8. Limitation of Liability
Magnetique is not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
9. Privacy
Photos and personal details you provide (name, phone number, address) are used solely to fulfil your order and are not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for delivery.
